What to expect

I am excited to bring an integrated physical, emotional, mental and spiritual practice to this course. This course is an experience and not all lecture. This can be taken on your own or in group cohorts.  It is set up as a 4 week class so there will be much to experience and practice. 

You will be able to witness shifts in the following areas:

  • your perspective taking
  • your internal experience of your thoughts
  • your felts sense of your emotions
  • the tension in your body
  • your experience of being a calm and healing presence
  • more ease in turning toward the difficult in relationships
  • being in conscious service to the world as an agent of change

I am a  psychologist, coach and teacher. With a multi-faceted lens towards growth and well-being I weave in healing of the body, emotions, thoughts and our spiritual Self in the work with clients.  I have a deep level of training in Somatic Experiencing, trauma healing, polyvagal therapy, adult, emotional and spiritual development. I am an instructor for the College of Executive Coaching in Positive Psychology, Health and Well-Being, and Personal and Executive Coaching. Also teaching SQ21 Spiritual Intelligence Coaches Certification through Deep Change University, meditation and the development of the multi-dimensional mystical self along with Reiki. Past teaching for California State University, Fullerton.
